The public use and nature of these land uses presents unique challenges requiring close attention to the function of the site and the intended use.
To best facilitate the public nature of these spaces, Earth Source conducts extensive investigation and consideration of existing site features, building architecture and most importantly the end user. A staged design process, closely involving the Owner and users, if possible, serves to successfully convey and interpret design thoughts and concepts while considering costs throughout the process. In addition, preliminary and secondary zoning approvals, grading, drainage, pavements and landscape design provide a complete and effective project package.
This work may include projects such as shopping centers, retail stores, office complexes, child care providers, recreation centers, libraries, hospitals, retirement communities, medical offices, schools and churches.
