Parks and Recreation

Public use projects demand a thorough understanding of public need.  Earth Source makes this understanding a top priority while understanding budget implications.  Working directly with the park department staff as well as all project stakeholders quickly establishes and confirms programming elements and helps to identify methods to achieve these elements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
